JAZ Team Visits Sanding Molding for Technical Exchange

A technical team from Uzbekistan's Jizzakh Battery Plant (Джизакский аккумуляторный завод, JAZ) recently visited Taizhou Sanding Molding Co., Ltd. The two sides exchanged views on battery case development, mold design, and plastic molding processes.

During the meeting, Sanding Molding showed the visitors several battery case products and related plastic components. Using the samples as references, the two teams discussed product structures and manufacturing requirements.

Design drawings were also reviewed during the visit. Sanding Molding's engineers introduced the design concepts and mold development process, including mold structure planning and injection molding. The discussion covered structural improvements, production methods, and quality control for mass production.

Much of the conversation focused on the practical requirements of battery case manufacturing. The JAZ team learned more about Sanding Molding's work in mold development and plastic component production, while both sides shared their views on technical requirements and market demand in the battery industry.

Taizhou Sanding Molding was established in 2007. The company manufactures molds and develops plastic products, providing services from product design and mold development to injection molding and production delivery.

Battery cases used in energy storage and communication systems are one of the company's main product areas. Sanding Molding also manufactures plastic structural components and has continued to develop its precision mold-making and injection molding processes.

JAZ, formally known as Jizzakh Battery Plant, is a lead-acid battery manufacturer based in Jizzakh, Uzbekistan. It supplies products for automotive and related applications in domestic and overseas markets.

During the visit, the two teams compared manufacturing requirements and exchanged technical experience related to battery case production. Sanding Molding will continue focusing on mold manufacturing and plastic production while maintaining communication with customers and industry partners in international markets.
