With years of experience in the field of battery plastic casing molds, it possesses rich technical expertise. Furthermore, relying on the technical support of the Taizhou Plastics Research Institute (a Taizhou cooperative institution of the Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences), it has overcome the application challenges of high-temperature resistant ABS and high-temperature flame-retardant ABS materials. As of December 2025, it holds a total of 43 patents, demonstrating strong technology transfer capabilities.

    Testing and Production Capacity Guarantee

    Equipped with a full set of testing facilities, the company can independently test core indicators such as impact strength, tensile strength, and flame retardancy to ensure product compliance. It owns over 60 injection molding machines ranging from 200 grams to 20,000 grams, capable of handling injection molded products up to 15 kg per piece, providing ample production capacity to meet diverse product needs.
