    We utilize servo energy-saving injection machines (20%-30% lower energy consumption), advanced mold flow analysis to minimize material waste, a scrap recycling system, and a circulating cooling water system to reduce water usage.

    Eco-Materials & Innovation
    Sanding actively develops and applies eco-friendly plastic materials to support customers' sustainability goals. In collaboration with the Taizhou Plastics Research Institute (affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences), we explore recycled, biodegradable, and low-VOC materials. Our high-temperature flame-retardant ABS battery cases contribute to the green upgrade of the energy storage industry.

    We already hold ISO 9001 and national high-tech status, and we are planning to achieve ISO 14001 environmental management certification. We can also provide RoHS, REACH, FDA, and UL 94 test reports upon request.
