  • What are your company's main products?

    We specialize in energy storage lead-acid battery casings, portable toilet plastic components, household plastic parts, and plastic pet products.

  • Are you a factory or a trading company?

    We are a direct factory based in Taizhou, with our own mold development and injection molding production lines. We integrate R&D, production, and export services, helping customers reduce intermediary costs.

  • What certifications do your products have?

    Our factory is ISO9001-certified, and our products can be manufactured to meet EU REACH/RoHS and US FDA requirements according to customer needs.

  • Do you support product customization?

    Customers can provide 2D/3D drawings, material requirements, color codes, and logo files. We can provide a quotation and mold feasibility assessment within 5 working days.

  • How do I apply for samples?

    Existing samples are free, with shipping costs paid by the customer. Customized samples require a 3D printing sample fee, and the sample production time is about 15 working days.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    Standard export packaging includes corrugated cartons and bubble wrap for shock absorption. Custom color boxes and pallets are available at an additional cost.

  • How long is the lead time for mass production?

    15-25 working days after deposit receipt and sample confirmation.

  • What is the product packaging method?

    Standard export packaging: corrugated carton + bubble wrap for shock absorption; custom color boxes/pallets are available (additional charge).

  • Can customer information be printed on the packaging?

    Please provide the printing content or artwork, and we will arrange printing after confirmation.

  • What payment methods are supported?

    We accept T/T payment, with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. PayPal is available for sample fees.

  • What are the logistics options?

    Samples are shipped via DHL/FedEx/UPS (3-7 days); bulk orders are shipped via sea freight (FCL/LCL) (20-35 days).

  • What trade terms are supported?

    We support EXW at our Taizhou factory, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, and CIF destination port. Quotations can be adjusted based on the selected trade terms.
